CLASSROOM RULES

COMMIT TO THE WORK

Our coaches will always be prepared and ready to put on amazing classes. We ask that you walk in the door with an open mind and a willingness to commit to the work. We don’t care if you are an Olympic athlete or have never lifted a weight or stepped on a yoga mat — bring us the best you have each day. We will help you get to where you want to be, but your coaches can’t want it more than you do.

DRESS CODE

Our Sweat and Fitness Classes require athletic shoes, Stretch Classes (Yoga and Pilates) do not. If you are in doubt, bring shoes. We recommend comfortable, breathable, attire that doesn’t restrict your movement. Keep in mind that in Yoga and Pilates classes poses can be awkward and in close quarters, so more coverage is usually better. Bring a water bottle — help save the environment by not using a million cups. We supply sweat towels, cold water, and a hot shower! We have a limited supply of yoga mats, so if you have your own mat please bring it.

DON’T BE TARDY

Studio opens 15 minutes before class starts. Arrive at least 5 minutes early for class — 10 minutes if its your first time. This gives you time to fill your water bottle, tie your shoes, and greet your friends. We start class on time and want you to get every minute out of your time here. Traffic happens and we understand, but if you will be more than 10 minutes late just give us a call or text and we will be happy to reschedule you to another class. This especially holds true for our Yoga classes. Please be respectful of everyone else’s practice.

MAKE NEW FRIENDS

Introduce yourself and say hello to those around you — you may find yourself sharing a sweaty medicine ball in a few minutes! We are a community-driven hub. We believe in the power and energy that exists when you have people working together, encouraging each other and celebrating goals reached together.
