Designed for our runners but not limited to them. Some strictly running classes and some Pilates or strength classes focused directly on issues, injuries or imbalances runners face.

Phys Ed KC Strength Training ClassesFIT CLASSES

Strength oriented classes that include dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls… you will still sweat and stretch (maybe even run a bit) but the focus is on weight training.

Phys Ed KC Cardio ClassesSWEAT CLASSES

Cardio classes that get your heart rate up in high intensity time blocks. Classes are body weight focused (with additional weights) and also may incorporate stretching and running.

Phys Ed KC Yoga and Pilates Classes

STRETCH CLASSES

These Yoga and Pilates based classes may make you sweat, but they will always make you feel taller, stronger, energized, and balanced in mind and body.

PREPARE FOR CLASS

COMMIT TO THE WORK

Our coaches will always be prepared and ready to put on amazing classes, but we ask that you bring us your best each day to get the most out of each class.

DRESS CODE

Wear comfortable, breathable, non-restrictive attire. Yoga and Pilates classes do not require shoes, but most other classes do. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one). We supply sweat towels, limited supply of yoga mats, cold water, and a hot shower!

DON’T BE TARDY

Studio opens 15 minutes before class starts. Arrive at least 5 minutes early for class — 10 minutes if its your first time. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, call or text and we will be happy to reschedule you to another class.

MAKE NEW FRIENDS  

Introduce yourself and say hello to those around you — you may find yourself sharing a sweaty medicine ball in a few minutes! We believe in working together, encouraging each other and celebrating goals reached together.
